How much is it?
The cost of ReServe Interactive depends on which application you choose. The traditional client/server application is sent to you on a CD-ROM for installation onto your computer hardware system. Fees will vary depending on the number of users that need to log on to the software at the same time. ReServe Anywhere is available to users on a subscription-based structure that also depends on the same criteria. Support services are free with a subscription to ReServe Anywhere.
Do you offer a hosted/web-based version of your software?
Yes. ReServe Anywhere® is the hosted version of ReServe Interactive. It is remotely accessible through a password-protected Internet connection and is hosted by ReServe on secure, centralized servers. With the same full-featured capabilities and performance of the traditional client/server application, this virtual solution provides you with real-time access to ReServe Interactive’s Catering and Event Management and Dining Reservations and Table Management software.
What POS systems do you interface with?
Our systems are built on industry-standard platforms and interface with leading business, hospitality and event IT tools including MICROS and Aloha POS systems, TableScout paging systems, food and beverage management software such as FoodTrak and Computrition, room diagramming software such as MeetingMatrix, as well as Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks and e-mail scheduling programs.

Can I use the Catering and Event Management and Dining Reservations and Table Management products together?
Yes. ReServe Interactive offers one of the only fully integrated software products for managing dining reservations and events in one system.
Can I use your software across multiple venues/locations/restaurants?
Absolutely. And now with ReServe Anywhere, centrally managing multiple locations is even easier.
Do you offer product support services?
Yes. Product support services are available to ReServe Interactive client/server customers on a subscription basis. Support services are included with any ReServe Anywhere subscriptions. ReServe Anywhere is the web-based version of the ReServe Interactive software.
What is included in a support subscription?
Our subscription-based help line provides you with a fully trained on-site staff that understands your needs, your software customizations and your business goals. In addition to our toll-free technical support, subscribers receive free product upgrades and become members of the ReServe Interactive users group. ReServe Interactive also offers a web-based Customer Self-Service Portal - a comprehensive, knowledge-driven extranet that provides current support subscribers with a single point of access for immediate, relevant product support and training solutions. The Customer Self-Service Portal is accessible to subscribers 24/7 through a password protected login on the company’s website. Portal users can easily find answers to product-related questions, submit and track support cases, find solutions to software functionality issues within a comprehensive knowledge base, and communicate with ReServe Interactive support technicians. The portal also offers training videos and self-guided tutorials allowing users to keep current on software features and updates.
What type of training is available for ReServe Interactive software?
ReServe offers initial set-up training through either private or group on-line interactive training which is customized to meet your specific needs and business parameters. Online training can be divided into multiple sessions to fit your scheduling needs. Ongoing on-line sessions provide extensive, hands-on training on everything from the process-driven design and how it can improve your daily operations to understanding the extensive reporting functions available in the software. ReServe Interactive also offers on-site consulting services if you require more extensive or personalized training.
What types of reports can I run with your software?
ReServe Interactive gives you the ability to run over 300 customized reports that can help you streamline and analyze your business operations, including financial reporting tools such as forecasting, aging, payment summaries, cost reports and detailed sales and lost business analyses, to marketing and customer activity reports and food and beverage related reports.
Can reports be customized to look like my company collateral?
Yes. Customers can upload their logo and other corporate identity graphics so reports, emails and other correspondence reflect the look and feel of their organization.
How often do you upgrade your product?
We move as quickly as possible to meet new technological challenges and changing market demands. In addition, by taking into consideration the suggestions of our customers, we work continuously to enhance the features and functionality of the ReServe product suite. We provide customers with product upgrades on a regular basis and inform them of these changes via multiple communication channels.
I run my business on Mac computers. Is the software Mac compatible?
ReServe Interactive client/server software applications are not Mac compatible. ReServe Anywhere is compatible with any computer that gives you access to a high-speed internet connection.

How long does it take to get the software installed?
Typically, the implementation process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. The first step in the process is for you to gather the information we need to customize your software using worksheets that we provide. Next, we input that data from the completed worksheets, as well as any additional information you provide. Finally, we coordinate the installation of your new software and schedule your training.
Can ReServe Interactive run on Windows XP or Windows Vista?
At this time, only ReServe Anywhere is compatible with Windows Vista. ReServe Interactive currently runs on Windows XP Professional or Windows 2000/2003 Server operating systems. One of the great benefits of ReServe Interactive is the seamless integration of third-party tools. Before we can upgrade our tradition client/server product, we must ensure that all third-party tools incorporated into our offering are Vista compliant and meet our quality and reliability standards.
