It has been found to be the most effective way to win new customers. According to an article posted on, 91 percent of business-to-business buyers are influenced by Word of Mouth when making their decision to purchase. Eighty-four percent of consumers say they either completely or somewhat trust recommendations from family and friends about products – making these recommendations the information source ranked highest for trustworthiness [Nielson]. Many of our new customers come from recommendations made by our existing customers. In addition, we have several customers who have moved to new jobs and have insisted on implementing ReServe in their new roles. Here are just a couple of examples:

“Reserve is going well, as usual. I am beginning to wonder how they ever got along without it! I will always bring Reserve wherever I go, as it makes my job so much easier.” – Tara Wadkins, Sales Director, Royal Palm Banquets and Events

“I LOVE this program! I would certainly recommend it to anyone asking. If you ever want to give my contact information out to potential client please feel free.” – Amy Ayer, Best Western PLUS – Crossroads Inn & Conference Center

Do you have a relationship with your client base that would encourage them to consider themselves valued partners in your business? Word of Mouth naturally stems from an exceptional customer experience. That experience cultivates your client’s loyalty to your brand. What are you doing to nurture your client base and ensure positive Word of Mouth?
