For Archer, LodgeWorks wanted a Sales and Catering system that could capture, store, and distribute data across all hotels within the brand. This called for an Enterprise solution for managers to effectively sell and execute events in a standardized fashion. Allowing the teams to share leads, corporate-approved collateral, company-conforming documents, and guest profile information, was a necessity. They also required a way to collectively roll-up data for comprehensive corporate reporting from CA to NY. LodgeWorks needed all of this to be effectively managed in one, complete solution.
