Meet The Newest Member of Team ReServe – Jessica Howard, Customer Loyalty Specialist

We are pleased to welcome the latest member of our ReServe Interactive team – Jessica Howard. As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, Jessica will be ensuring that our customers continue to be enamored with their ReServe Cloud® software, and the service offered by our employees.

Jessica is a recent graduate of The University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising.  She brings experience in event planning, hospitality, social media and digital marketing. “Jessica is an excellent addition to our already impressive and dedicated family of employees,” said her supervisor Leslie Phillips, Education and Training Manager. “She will be able to help take our customer-centric values to an even greater level.”

An initial goal for Jessica is to become proficient in the ReServe Cloud Catering and Event Management, and Reservations and Floor Management software applications.  After completing a comprehensive training program in sales, onboarding, training and support, Jessica will transition into her role of following up with customers, creating marketing and educational materials for new features, conducting advanced training sessions, and assisting with social media communications.
