Archer Hotel uses ReServe for Sales and Catering Operations

LODGEWORKS, is a privately held hotel management company, with a rich and storied history. They’ve cultivated strong franchise partnerships with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, developing and operating Hyatt Place and Hyatt House projects, as well as with Hilton Hotels and Starwood. LodgeWorks has also been brand innovators for over 30 yrs. (Residence Inn, Summerfield Suites, Hotel Sierra, and AVIA). Recently, LodgeWorks introduced their boutique hotel brand, Archer, which they are growing in select US locations.

The Challenge

For Archer, LodgeWorks wanted a Sales and Catering system that could capture, store, and distribute data across all hotels within the brand. This called for an Enterprise solution for managers to effectively sell and execute events in a standardized fashion. Allowing the teams to share leads, corporate-approved collateral, company-conforming documents, and guest profile information, was a necessity. They also required a way to collectively roll-up data for comprehensive corporate reporting from CA to NY. LodgeWorks needed all of this to be effectively managed in one, complete solution.
